Trisha Miller, Senior Utility Coordinator, has more than 8 years of Utility Coordination experience. Her background is with the Florida Department of Transportation District 5, where she worked for more than 12 years, including 7 years within their Utilities Department. She has managed and certified more than 100 projects over the last 4 years, in addition to coordinating and managing value engineering contracts and 30 studies, as well as processing mapping coordination during the last year. Trisha has played a significant role in both the District 5 Annual Utility Liaison and Florida Utilities Coordinating Committee Events. Her extensive experience has gained her knowledge of the requirements of the process of utility coordination for transportation and public projects.
