With more than 35 years of engineering experience (20 of which are with Lochrane), Mr. Kincaid has successfully completed a variety of highway design projects for various municipalities and the Florida Department of Transportation . Mr. Kincaid's expertise in major and minor roadway designs encompasses widening, milling, resurfacing and reconstruction for multi-lane urban roadways. Mr. Kincaid has also worked on enhancement projects for the Florida Department of Transportation, which entailed designs for sidewalks, landscaping, historic districts, bike paths/trails, lighting and city parks. Most recently he has been involved in similar projects both as project manager and design engineer.
