This project, on which Lochrane is providing the civil engineering services, involves the milling and resurfacing of NW 22nd Street between SR 26 (West University Avenue) and NW 8th Avenue. The project also involves milling, resurfacing, and hardscape improvements to NW 5th Avenue between NW 22nd Street and NW 20th Street. These improvements will be consistent with the standards already established for the corridor by the CRA. Lochrane will also investigate as a part of this project an alternative outfall down NW 1st Avenue to alleviate flooding concerns at the NW 22nd Street/SR 26 intersection. Lochrane is also providing full design surveys for the project including utility designations and soft-dig verifications at potential conflict points. This project is an assignment under a Professional Engineering Design Services Contract with the City.
