This project involved the milling and resurfacing of SR 15 (French Avenue/Seminole Boulevard) from West Fulton Street to just west of the Central Florida Zoo entrance in Sanford, a distance of 3.1 miles. Lochrane prepared roadway, signing and pavement markings, and traffic control plans for this project, along with quantity estimates and specifications. The project also involved upgrading of the existing bridge rails for the Mills Creek Bridge. Lochrane also provided full utility coordination and limited survey support along with post-design services on this project.
