This unique project involved concrete slab replacement for a 4.4 mile section of SR 600 (International Speedway Boulevard) from Kepler Road in Deland to east of Clark Bay Road. The project also involved grinding of the existing concrete pavement along with milling and resurfacing of asphalt turn lanes. Lochrane prepared roadway, signing and pavement markings, and traffic control plans for this project, along with quantity estimates and specifications. Lochrane also provided full utility coordination and limited survey support on this project.
