Seminole County, Florida Lake Drive is a project that started in 1995, and will allow for additional roadway capacity for motorists of Seminole County. Lochrane provided survey services, preliminary engineering and preparation of complete construction documents. The preliminary engineering included alternative alignments. The preferred alignment included re-alignment through a major landowner's property that offered donation of the right-of-way. The end result will be 2.7 miles of 4-lane divided urban roadway. Lochrane was able to please the client by obtaining all the necessary environmental permits to allow for construction of project by Seminole County. The Lake Drive Improvement Project is currently under construction by Seminole County. |
