The Holden Avenue project started in 2004, and will provide additional east-west capacity for the motorists of Orange County. This will be accomplished through the extension of Holden Avenue from Texas Avenue to John Young Parkway and widening from 2-lanes to a 4-lane divided urban roadway from Texas Avenue to Orange Blossom Trail. Lochrane was able to provide survey services and preparation of complete construction and right-of-way documents. At completion, the project will produce 1.24 miles of 4-lane divided urban roadway. Holden Avenue is expected to be completed in early 2007.
