Lochrane provided design survey activities, including topography, drainage and utilities, as well as establised a vertical control network to support roadway design for widening to four lanes of an existing 2-lane rural highway in Sumter County. This project consisted of a full design survey to support the plans for a bridge replacement where SR 35 crosses the CSX railroad, which requires specific details of  the existing structure, piers, foundations and railroad tracks.
