Lochrane performmed design survey activities, including topography, drainage and utilities, as well as established both the vertical and horizontal control networks to support roadway design for the intersection improvements at Vine Street, Donegan Avenue and Carroll Street in Kissimmee, Florida. Lochrane also performed the right of way survey to support the development of Right of Way maps needed for additional right of way acquisition required at each of these intersections.
