Volusia, Seminole, Orange & Osceola Counties, FDOT District 5 

This 61 mile project runs through the heart of Central Florida, from Poinciana to Deland and will consist of converting the existing railroad corridor into a Commuter Rail facility to help alleviate traffic congestion in Central Florida. Lochrane is the lead Survey Company working with Earthtech, the Prime Engineering firm.  We are performing Boundary and Design Surveys as well as coordinating eight (8) other survey firms involved in this effort.
