Lochrane served as the project engineer for the 356,242 SF IKEA furniture store located in Tampa, Florida. In addition to preparing preliminary site and final construction plans, Lochrane also provided construction administration services to contribute to a smooth construction process. Lochrane also handled permit coordination through FDEP, SWFWMD, Hillsborough County, FDOT and NPDES. Proactive coordination by Lochrane staff kept this project’s aggressive schedule on track for success with the store opening in 2009.
