Kissimmee, Florida Wal-Mart at Poinciana Place is a facility for supplying grocery and soft goods to citizens of Kissimmee and neighboring communities. Lochrane provided land development services including full survey service, civil/site design, public meeting presentations, permitting, and paving and drainage designs. Not only were we able to meet our client's expectations by efficiently obtaining approvals from the local municipality, this rapid entitlement process allowed positioned Wal-Mart to be able to open the store earlier than anticipated -- in time for Hurricane Charlie relief for nearby residents. This store has been in successful operation since that that early Grand Opening. |
