This project involved the demolition of an existing Publix supermarket within an existing shopping center at the intersection of Semoran Blvd and Howell Branch Road in Casselberry, FL.  A new 45,000 SF Publix prototype supermarket was constructed in its place along with associated parking lot improvements and utilities.

This project was the development of a large retail store, associated paved parking, a main connecting access road, and the mass grading of five out-parcels.  The 60-acre project is located at the intersection of Dale Mabry Highway and US 41 in Pasco County, Florida. Lochrane worked on the overall site plan as well as major drainage design, permitting and overall project management for the land development of the property. The roadway design for the Access Road, designed to be a main thoroughfare through the development, was also developed by Lochrane along with off-site roadway improvement, pavement marking, and maintenance of traffic plans for the FDOT right-of-way.  The project also includes a 9 acre wetland mitigation area permitted through SWFWMD and the Army Corps of Engineers.   In addition, Lochrane completed the initial Boundary and Topographic Surveys for the project and has provided continuing survey services including Subdivision Platting and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.

This project was the development of a 7,500 SF Dunkin Donuts outparcel with drive-thru at Palm Coast Landing in Palm Coast, FL.
