Lochrane is providing Survey, Subsurface Utility S.U.E. services and Utility Coordination services on the team for this project to add lanes and reconstruct the portion of SR 600 from East of the I-4 Ramp area to Tomoka Farms Road in Volusia County. The project involves replacing one bridge Westbound and one bridge Eastbound along the corridor.
