The University of Central Florida's Student Government Association has launched a new campaign to curb distracted driving among students called “Put Down Ur Cell Fone.” 

The UCF SGA Vice President - Taylor Lochrane was on the evening Fox News Tuesday Oct 19th 2010 to raise public awareness of the dangers that motorist face while texting while driving.

The campaign kicks off Monday, Oct. 25, with a series of speakers and promotional items from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. outside in front of the Student Union.
