Lochrane is proud to announce a new addition to the Lochrane team. Frank Caruso, P.E., joins the firm as Vice President and Principal of the Transportation Division for the state of Florida, managing both the branch office in Gainesville and corporate office in Orlando. 
 
An accomplished engineer with extensive operations, business development and general management experience, Frank holds demonstrated success in leading engineering groups. During his 38 years in civil engineering, Frank has worked on significant projects in Central Florida including the SR 50 from SR 429 to Good Homes Road and two SR 500 widenings, all with FDOT District 5, as well as East Lake Mary Boulevard for Seminole County and General Engineering Contracts with both FDOT Turnpike District and District 7.  
 
A registered civil engineer in Florida, Georgia and Alabama, Frank received his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and took graduate studies in Civil Engineering at Georgia Tech.
 
We are proud to have Frank back in Central Florida and with Lochrane leading future efforts of Lochrane's Transportation Division.
