Lochrane President Appointed to Orange County Public Works Advisory Board PDF Print E-mail

OCGF Thomas G. Lochrane, P.E., President/CEO of Lochrane Engineering, Inc., has been appointed to Vice Chairman of the Public Works Advisory Board in Orange County. Previously Chairman of the Bikeways Advisory Board and Vice Chairman of the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, Mr. Lochrane is very familiar with serving Orange County in an active, voluntary capacity to assist the County in their mission. He will represent in the position of Transportation Engineer for a 2-year term and brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership from his more than 40 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering to proactively support this Advisory Board.
 
The Public Works Advisory Board reviews items involving road construction, road maintenance, storm water, transportation planning, transportation engineering, drainage, street lighting, and other issues relating to any other areas of responsibility for the Public Works Department. Lochrane Engineering, Inc.
has played an integral part in the development, expansion and rehabilitation of hundreds of miles of roadways, highways and intersections throughout Florida for Cities, Counties and the Florida Department of Transportation. In Orange County, projects have included Holden Avenue from South Orange Blossom Trail to John Young Parkway, Wetherbee Road Phase I and III and Innovation Way Phase I Extension. Lochrane is also currently working on the Innovation Way Phase II Interchange and Extension project, a public-private partnership involving Orange County.
