Lochrane is pleased to announce the addition of David Winters, CST Level II, Survey Technician   Mr. Winters is a highly qualified Survey Technician with more than 6 years of experience and has been responsible for technical support in preparing Right-of-Way Maps, Topographic Design Surveys and Right of Way Control Surveys for the FDOT and other similar clients. He has experience in the preparation and development of FDOT Right of Way Mapping Projects such as: SR 429, SR 408, SR 79, SR 15 (Hoffner Ave), US 27 and SR 50.   Through his work on various transportation projects, Mr. Winters has both field and office experience which assist greatly in the preparation of the final survey for our clients. Because of this field experience he will assist the field crews in the proper adjustment and operation of surveying instruments; researching, collecting and analyzing reference information from public records and to help in the development of the plans for accurate and efficient field activities. He also has experience in the electronic designating of underground utilities including the safe and accurate location of these facilities utilizing soft excavation equipment. Because of Mr. Winter's extensive field and office experience he will enhance Lochrane's team to better serve our clients.

Our Survey Division is considered a preferred Surveying and Mapping Consultant and has enhanced our Right of Way Mapping team with the addition of David Winters to better serve our clients.

In this project the Lochrane Transportation Division will provide minor highway designed and surveying and mapping services on five sidewalk projects located in Alachua, Columbia and Union Counties. Lochrane has a long history of working with FDOT District 2, especially with our Gainesville office located in Alachua County. Frank Caruso, P.E. and his team are excited to continue that relationship through this new project.
