 Lochrane is proud to announce a new addition to the Lochrane team. Frank Caruso, P.E., joins the firm as Vice President and Principal of the Transportation Division for the state of Florida, managing both the branch office in Gainesville and corporate office in Orlando.
An accomplished engineer with extensive operations, business development and general management experience, Frank holds demonstrated success in leading engineering groups. During his 38 years in civil engineering, Frank has worked on significant projects in Central Florida including the SR 50 from SR 429 to Good Homes Road and two SR 500 widenings, all with FDOT District 5, as well as East Lake Mary Boulevard for Seminole County and General Engineering Contracts with both FDOT Turnpike District and District 7.
A registered civil engineer in Florida, Georgia and Alabama, Frank received his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and took graduate studies in Civil Engineering at Georgia Tech.
We are proud to have Frank back in Central Florida and with Lochrane leading future efforts of Lochrane's Transportation Division.

With this anniversary year comes an updated online look and feel for our website, www.lochrane.com. It is not just a different look graphically, but it also has new features that make it easier to access information on our firm’s strong history, use of the latest technology and current service offerings. With the addition of Utility Coordination to our service list over the last 5 years, we can now offer comprehensive Utility Support services, to include Utility Coordination, Underground Utility Location, Surveying and Mapping and Utility Engineering, through a seamless approach to minimize impacts to utilities and save time and money. Information on this valuable service can be found under the Services menu.
You can also easily search the updated website, connect with Lochrane through social media, such as Twitter and LinkedIn, or receive updated news by subscribing to our RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed. Just see the links in the upper right hand corner of all our webpages. In addition to FTP, we have added an Easy Upload option for our clients to send us large .ZIP files that at times may be easier and more convenient. Both options are located under the File Send menu.

 Lochrane is proud to be one of the five firms awarded contracts for Continuing Surveying Services by the City of Kissimmee.
Lochrane will be providing surveying services for the design of road, sanitary sewer, water line and drainage projects for the City. The services include, but are not limited to, right-of-way surveys, utility location, topographic and boundary surveys, as well as construction staking, to include GPS, GPR, GIS, LIDAR, and aerial photography. The work will be performed for the Public Works Engineering Department for a two (2) year period with three (3) optional one year extensions.
