An accomplished engineer with extensive operation, business development and general management experience, Mr. Caruso holds demonstrated success in leading engineering groups. Mr. Caruso's 38 years of experience has included numerous FDOT and County/City projects in Central Florida. These projects have involved planning, design and construction of roads, bridges, railroads, mass transit, marine and other types of facilities. At Lochrane he has the leadership role, overseeing transportation efforts statewide in both the branch office in Gainesville and corporate office in Orlando.
