With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Graham has a strong background in engineering of highway, water resources, land development, solid waste and design/build projects. Many of his highway and water resources projects included extensive public involvement during preliminary engineering phases. He has worked on a variety of projects for Florida Department of Transportation Districts 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7, Seminole County Public Works Department and Orange County Public Works Department. Currently with Lochrane he is managing such projects as the FDOT District 5 Districtwide Miscellaneous Design No. 104 contract, and the Interchange serving International Corporate Park at Alafaya Trail and the Beachline.
