Chris Leftakis

Christopher J. Leftakis, Project Surveyor, has earned his Professional Surveyor and Mapper license, making him the ninth Professional Surveyor and Mapper at Lochrane.

A graduate of the University of Florida Geomatics Program, Chris came to Lochrane in January of 2003 as a Surveyor in Training and has been working within the Transportation team under the direct mentoring of John Campbell, P.S.M., Senior Project Manager, for clients such as the Florida Department of Transportation and other Transportation clients.

Working closely with Tom Yocom, P.S.M., Division Manager of Survey Operations, and Michael Cavalere, P.S.M., Principal of Survey Services, they are able to provide Lochrane clients with the experience and now increased strength for their projects.

Donald Graham

His 33 years of experience includes project management, business development and engineering of highway, water resources, land development, solid waste and design/build projects. Many of his highway and water resources projects included extensive public involvement during preliminary engineering phases. He has worked on a variety of projects for Florida Department of Transportation Districts 1, 3, 5 and 7, and Seminole County and Orange County Public Works.

Don will step easily into his new leadership role, overseeing projects under contracts recently awarded to Lochrane including the FDOT District 2 Groupings contract, FDOT District 5 Districtwide Miscellaneous Design No. 91 contract, and the Interchange serving International Corporate Park at Alafaya Trail and the Beachline.

This contract, No. 91, was won based off a strong presentation that had Lochrane ranked number 1 by all reviewers.
