Trisha L. Miller, Lochrane’s Senior Utility Coordinator, is knowledgeable in FDOT utility coordination procedures, holding seven years of experience working on a variety of transportation projects. Trisha’s background is with the Florida Department of Transportation District 5, where she has worked for more than 12 years, and gained 7 years of Utility Coordination experience in the Utilities Department. She has managed and certified more than 100 projects over the last 4 years. This is in addition to coordinating and managing value engineering contracts and 30 studies, as well as processing mapping coordination during the last year. Trisha has played a significant role in both the District 5 Annual Utility Liaison and Florida Utility Coordination Committee Events.

Working with Trisha is Louise Hom, Utility Coordinator, with more than 16 years of Utility Coordination experience. She is familiar with local utility providers and certified in Cost Estimating and Billing and Coordination. She is currently a Director on the Sunshine State One-Call of Florida (SSOCOF) Board, a member of the Central Florida Utility Coordination Group (CFUCG), and Chair of the Underground Interest Group for the Florida Utilities Coordination Committee (FUCC).
