Since 1982, Mr. Lochrane has served as the Principal-In-Charge of the firm's Land Development operations encompassing due diligence studies, master planning, engineering design/permitting and construction administration services. In this capacity, he is responsible for the management and oversight of our client's projects in the areas of retail/commercial, residential, industrial and resort/hospitality development. His experience also includes municipal water and wastewater engineering both domestic and abroad.
