Mr. Lochrane has served as Project Principal/Project Manager/Project Engineer, responsible for numerous paving, drainage, and other municipal projects in Florida since 1973. Mr. Lochrane is current with Local, City, County, and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and AASHTO design standards. Prior to starting Lochrane Engineering, Inc., he served as Transportation Engineer with the New York Department of Transportation (NYDOT) and served in the Army Corps of Engineers where he held the rank of Captain and commanded a construction engineering company, 249th Engineering Battalion, Company D, in Germany. He was responsible for the construction of numerous construction projects throughout Germany. |

Since 1982, Mr. Lochrane has served as the Principal-In-Charge of the firm's Land Development operations encompassing due diligence studies, master planning, engineering design/permitting and construction administration services. In this capacity, he is responsible for the management and oversight of our client's projects in the areas of retail/commercial, residential, industrial and resort/hospitality development. His experience also includes municipal water and wastewater engineering both domestic and abroad. |

With more than 39 years of surveying and mapping experience in the Florida, Mr. Cavalere has worked in both the field and the office on private and public projects. After working 13 years for Orange County Government, he has worked for the private sector during the last 26 years combining the knowledge of governmental requirements and private enterprise, thus providing clients with the benefits of his experience. Mr. Cavalere has worked on projects and contracts for many governmental agencies including the Florida Department of Transportation, Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Putnam and Alachua County governments and City governments including the Cities of Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Gainesville, Apopka and others during the past 15 years while with Lochrane. |

An accomplished engineer with extensive operation, business development and general management experience, Mr. Caruso holds demonstrated success in leading engineering groups. Mr. Caruso's 38 years of experience has included numerous FDOT and County/City projects in Central Florida. These projects have involved planning, design and construction of roads, bridges, railroads, mass transit, marine and other types of facilities. At Lochrane he has the leadership role, overseeing transportation efforts statewide in both the branch office in Gainesville and corporate office in Orlando.
