Executive vice president, Robert J. Lochrane, P.E., heads office operations company-wide, in addition to overseeing all civil engineering/land development design efforts.

Michael J. Cavalere, P.S.M., is vice president responsible for statewide survey operations for the firm as well as for outside design professionals.

Frank Caruso, P.E., oversees transportation efforts statewide in both the branch office in Gainesville and corporate office in Orlando
