Lochrane was Harbor Federal’s Florida Civil Engineer designing multiple drive-thru banking facilities in Central Florida and along the East coast. Bank locations include Palm Coast, Tradition, Stuart, Clermont, Clermont II, Palm Bay and Vista Lakes. Each bank shown below was a stand-alone facility from 3,000 – 6,000 square feet.
