Lochrane provided civil engineering and surveying services on this unique project. With a premium location and design characteristics, the first three phases consisted of three 12-story buildings and a clubhouse design in a European Boutique style. Located on the northeast corner of Universal Blvd and Carrier Drive, the heart of the International Drive Entertainment District, the resort is Orlando’s first Condo-hotel project consisting of over 1,000 high-rise unites.
